End User License Agreement (EULA)
Applies to: Rankol ORGPro software · Effective: May 2026
Important: By downloading, installing, or using Rankol ORGPro, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of the applicable license fee, Rankol Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software on up to three (3) personal or business computers that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
2Trial Version
A Trial Version includes 30 action credits at no charge. No credit card is required. The Trial Version is governed by the same terms and conditions as the full version, except that it is provided solely for evaluation and testing purposes and may be subject to usage limitations.
3License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Software to any third party
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer your license or the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or marks
- Use the Software to develop a competing product
- Share your license key or use it on more than 3 machines
4Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Rankol Solutions LLP retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
5License Activation & Verification
The Software uses an online activation system. By activating, you consent to the Software contacting rankolsolutions.com to verify your license key and transmitting your computer name and username solely for machine counting purposes. Periodic re-verification occurs approximately every 30 days. No other personal data is transmitted.
6Updates
Updates are included with your license at no additional charge. Rankol Solutions reserves the right to change features or requirements with any update.
7Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANKOL SOLUTIONS' TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE. RANKOL SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
9Termination
Your rights under this Agreement terminate automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall the Software.
10Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

1Information We Collect
From you directly: Name, email address, company name (when purchasing), support messages.
From the Software: Computer name and Windows username (for license activation only), activation date/time.
From our website: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited), minimal cookies.
From payment processors: Payment data is handled by Payhip and/or Gumroad. We do not store card details.
2How We Use Your Information
- Process license purchases and deliver license keys
- Verify software license activation and machine limits
- Provide customer support
- Send transactional emails (receipts, license keys)
- Improve our Software and website
We do not sell your personal information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described in this policy.
3Data Transmitted by the Software
When you activate Rankol ORGPro, the following is transmitted to rankolsolutions.com:
- Your license key
- Your computer name and username (for machine activation counting only)
This data is used solely to verify your license and is not linked to any personal profile.
4Security
All data transmitted to our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. License verification data is not stored beyond what is required for license management.
5Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@rankolsolutions.com.
6Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Try before you buy: Every download includes 30 free trial actions with no credit card required. We encourage you to test thoroughly before purchasing.
Eligible for Refund
- Software does not function as described on our website
- Critical technical issue that our support team cannot resolve
- Duplicate purchase (charged twice)
- Request made within 7 days of purchase before activating the license key
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after the license key has been activated
- Incompatible system (requirements are clearly stated: Windows 10+, PowerPoint 2016+)
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- Issues caused by third-party software conflicts
